The acid in lemons can help to remove dirt and when mixed with salt is great for scouring pots and pans. Put a half of lemon down your garbage disposal to clean it. Put a 1/2 cup in your laundry rinse cycle to brighten whites.
Distilled White vinegar can help inhibit the growth of mold, mildew and some bacteria. You can use it to clean your coffee maker, to disinfect your dishwasher, clean your drains and wash your floors and countertops....WITHOUT the use of any toxic chemicals!!! (never use vinegar on marble, granite or wood)
